JOB TITLE: ESA Technician
REPORTING TO: Manufacturing Supervisor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manufacturing PCB assemblies to ECSS specification
Kit preparation / checking
Wiring modifications
Adhesive preparation
Mechanical Assembly
Cable/Harness assembly
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Disciplines of cleanroom
Component recognition
ESD awareness – ESSENTIAL
Ability to read CAD drawings and wiring diagrams
ECSS 70-08/70-38 ESSENTIAL – MUST BE IN DATE
ECSS 70-26/70-28 DESIRABLE
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and demands
Self motivated and work on own initiative
Strong organisational skills
