Reporting to Business & Finance Manager and Directors

Key Purpose

To assist in the running of our reception, looking after visitors

Experience and Knowledge

Answering phone calls

Looking after visitors to the company – organising lunches when necessary

Travel arrangements

Usual admin duties

Raising Purchase and Sales orders on our Xero accounting package

Raising Sales Invoices and entering Bills

Checking statements from suppliers

Routine tasks for Health & Safety

Ensuring CoSHH records are maintained and up to date

Back up for our stores area if required

Ordering consumables for kitchen and bathroom

Dealing with phone and door entry system

Other Required Attributes

Good knowledge of MS Office

Attention to detail and organisation skills

Resourcefulness in setting priorities

Adaptable, conscientious and Pro-Active

Location: The role is based in Havant

Working Hours: 37.25 hours per week over 4.5 days, with the last Friday of every month off.
